Shipping costs

Within Germany, shipping costs € 5.00 (by DHL standard delivery).

Shipping within the EU costs € 15.00.

Customs duties and taxes for EU member states

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may arise in connection with your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities are to be paid. Delivery times

The delivery time after receipt of the order is 1 – 5 days (national/international).
Shipments are made exclusively on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Returns / Exchange

Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt!
We only accept returns from the respective country of delivery.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Returns are free of charge.
Returns must be requested here, or in the customer account in the respective order.

We do not offer an exchange service. In this case, the order must be returned.
